What is Meditation: |
Meditation is a practice whereby the meditator brings their attention to the present moment, not focusing on the past or future, but the "NOW" - It's a process where we still the mind so we can truly connect with our inner-self to promote good health and well being of the mind and body.
There are of course many different types of meditation, the one mentioned above is what's known as Mindfulness, I offer many different forms of meditation and can create and write scripts for individual client needs. I offer free consultations so your specific requirements can be discussed and the right form of meditation can be determined for you. Meditation has been medically and scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, help to restore memory and concentration, detoxify the body by releasing oxytocin which helps clear and widen blood vessels, a best friend for the cardiovascular system.
